Iaia has been teaching Yoga since 2021. Her personal practice and early training centred on Vinyasa Yoga, a dynamic Yoga that does not fit into rigid patterns. Over the years, her training continued and she shifted towards more traditional Yoga (particularly Hatha and Ashtanga).  This has allowed her to develop a mixed tradition-freedom teaching, which is reflected in her classes. Iaia likes to create creative themed classes that help people work on themselves, through reading songs, listening to songs, free movement and much more. At the same time, her classes are complete with physical movement, breathing and meditation as taught by the Yoga Masters. When the Pachamama season ends, Iaia organises Yoga Retreats, an opportunity for Pachamamas to meet and practise with her again.
